In our 100 hour YTTC we teach multi-styles of Yoga such as Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga.

Our course is a 2 week intense and immersive course, which is not only meant to make you a Yoga professional but also encourages you to make positive changes in your lifestyle. We make sure that all our students have the tools and equal opportunities to improve and learn to the best of their capabilities.
The 100H TTC is a first level of training that will support you to understand the basic principles of yoga practice and philosophy. Our training program is registered with The Govt. Of India (Ministry of Ayush) and Yoga Alliance USA (RYT 100).

About The 100Hr Yoga Teacher Training (Multi-Style)
Learning week by week
Week 1
Our course starts with the complete skeletal and muscular body scan of the student to find out imbalances that will be corrected during the duration of the course.
We then set the foundation for the course with practicing Suryanamaskars (sun salutations) and studying Yogic Philosophy.
We also begin the journey of body cleansing by learning Yogic Shat Kriyas like Kapalbhati, Jal Neti, Nauli and Trataka.
Week 2
The second week of the course mainly focuses on understanding the transitions from traditional styles to flow versions which is a part of Modern Yoga Concept.
We start to focus on body adjustments, Asana alignment & Sequences, Pranayama and Meditation. Also we continue to deepen the understanding of yogic philosophy and simultaneously applying them in our daily lifestyle routines.
The course is concluded by a small certification ceremony.
The classes are held from Monday to Saturday (half day), 7:00 am to 06:00 pm.
Who is the course suitable for?
The 100 hour multi style yoga TTC is suitable for every student from absolute beginners to the ones who are wanting to take up yoga professionally.
Our aim is to support your self-practice in yoga as well as open your scope to the various possibilities as a professional.
The course is designed in a way that every student willing to pursue the course with absolute dedication will gain tremendous benefits from the course.
Although absolute beginners are welcomed, we do recommend a certain amount of physical fitness to be able to practice physical yoga daily for four hours.
CERTIFICATION
Brahma Yoga unit of Yoga Chakra school opened in 2015 and it is registered with US Yoga Alliance and the Government of India (Ministry of Ayush).

Week 3
We begin to explore the Art of Teaching by starting to understand the adjustments and alignments of the bodies of your peers and other students.
At the beginning of the third week the student will be learning and practicing the anatomy of the body, advanced Asanas and Sequences.
We also start including other advance and restorative forms of yoga practices like Yin and Vinyasa flow.
Week 4
In the concluding week of the course we teach how to do Inversions and do a full revision of the syllabus that we have learnt so far.
By the end of this week the student is well prepared to create their own flow / sequences and then gets an opportunity to teach their own sequences in drop-in classes in order to get more comfortable with the Art of Teaching.
This is followed by a theoretical exam to assess the learning of the whole course and the course is concluded by a small certification ceremony.
